What to expect

Preparing for Your Pet's Procedure

1

Initial consultation

An initial examination prior to a patient's procedure appointment will allow an oral examination, a discussion of the treatment options, and a written estimate. This consultation allows us to schedule the appropriate amount of anesthetic and surgical time needed for each patient.

The day before the procedure

When your pet's procedure is scheduled, our team will confirm your appointment time and walk you through how to prepare — including fasting instructions, since dental procedures are performed under general anesthesia.

The day of the procedure

We aim to create an experience that is pleasant for both you and your pet. You will be well informed of the care provided for your companion as we work closely with your referring veterinarian.
